Presented by Allstate: Privacy? You Have None. What Can Be Done About It?

Setup

In today’s world, our data is in a lot of hands. But not in the ones it should be — our own. Consider this: Your location can be tracked up to 14,000 times per day through your phone, even if it’s off. Seventy-three percent of passwords are duplicated across work and personal accounts, making them easier to hack. And 281 million people were affected by data breaches last year alone. We will explore the cost of privacy in the digital age and ask the questions: What does privacy mean today? How can we take control of our privacy? Do we even know when we have it — and when it’s been lost?
