Fred Dust is the founder of Dust and Company, where he works at the intersection of business, society, and creativity. A designer, educator, consultant, and advisor, he applies human-centered design to today’s biggest challenges. Using the methodology from his book, Making Conversation, Dust works as the senior dialogue designer with The Rockefeller Foundation and with The School for Advanced Research, The New Museum, The Einhorn Collaborative, and other foundations to host constructive dialogue among leaders. He’s also a faculty member at the Esalen Institute. Dust was previously global managing partner at international design firm IDEO, where he worked with leaders and change agents to unlock the creative potential of business, government, education, and philanthropic organizations.
